ABOUT US
Wildflower Counseling & Coaching provides professional mental health counseling for teens, adults, and couples. We offer individualized treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth.
Our name reflects our belief that every person, like a wildflower, grows in their own time and their own way. There's no single path to healing, and no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We meet each client exactly where they are, creating a warm, welcoming environment where genuine change can take place.

If you're here, chances are life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or simply different from what you hoped it would be. I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and taking that first step matters.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line.
Before opening Wildflower Counseling & Coaching, I spent many years building a successful career in corporate America. Along the way, life brought some unexpected challenges of my own, and I found myself sitting on the other side of the counseling room—as a client.
Working with an incredible therapist changed the direction of my life. She helped me navigate some of my most difficult seasons with compassion, encouragement, honesty, and authenticity. Through that experience, I realized I wanted to provide that same kind of support for others. I eventually earned my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and began a completely new chapter of my career. The therapist who helped inspire that journey continues to mentor and inspire me today. That experience shaped the therapist I am.
I believe therapy should be one of the few places in life where you don't have to filter yourself or worry about being judged. You can show up exactly as you are—the good, the messy, the complicated, and everything in between.
Clients often describe me as authentic, compassionate, honest, and easy to talk to. I won't tell you how to live your life or make decisions for you. What I will do is listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you see things from different perspectives, and challenge you when it may help you grow. Together, we'll explore what works for you and what aligns with the life you want to create.
I also believe therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy. There can be laughter, celebrations, hard conversations, tears, uncomfortable realizations, and moments when something finally clicks. All of it can be part of the process.
One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is watching clients begin to trust themselves again. Seeing someone recognize their own strength, work through something they once thought was impossible, set a boundary they never thought they could set, or simply realize, "I'm going to be okay," is incredibly rewarding.
When you leave my office, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, encouraged, empowered, and a little lighter than when you walked in.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm married and the proud parent of two teenagers who keep life interesting. I love spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book. I value connection, authenticity, humor, and finding joy in the everyday moments that make life feel like life.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, a major life transition, or you're simply feeling stuck and aren't quite sure what comes next, you don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You just have to be willing to start.
Healing rarely happens all at once. More often, it happens one conversation, one realization, one boundary, one decision, and one courageous step at a time. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
