Women’s Counseling/Issues
Between careers, relationships, family, and everyone else's expectations, women often carry a lot — and rarely get the space to set any of it down. If you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or just ready for something to feel lighter, you're in the right place.
At Wildflower Counseling & Coaching, we work with women navigating the unique pressures of identity, roles, and mental health that come with this season of life. This is a space built specifically with you in mind.
Support Designed Around the Realities of Your Life
Who This Is For?
This service is designed for women who are:
Feeling stretched thin between work, family, and everything in between
Navigating a shift in identity or roles — new motherhood, career change, empty nest, and beyond
Struggling with self-esteem or self-worth
Managing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
Working through relationship or parenting challenges
Craving a space that's truly their own
Whatever season you're in, you don't have to navigate it without support.
Areas of Focus
We provide support for:
Women's issues — identity, roles, and the pressures unique to being a woman today
Anxiety — persistent worry, racing thoughts, or feeling constantly "on"
Depression — low mood, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from yourself
Self-esteem — rebuilding confidence and self-worth
Parenting support — navigating the challenges (and guilt) that come with raising kids
Life transitions — motherhood, career shifts, relationship changes, and more
Stress & burnout — chronic overwhelm and the exhaustion of doing it all
Relationship concerns — patterns in your relationships that you're ready to shift
Our Therapeutic Approach
We tailor every session to you, drawing from a blend of evidence-based approaches:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — identifying and reshaping the thought patterns fueling anxiety, stress, or self-doubt
Solution-Focused Therapy — focusing on practical, realistic next steps forward
Person-Centered Therapy — meeting you with empathy, without judgment, and without an agenda
Mindfulness — building tools to stay grounded amid the noise of daily life
Strength-Based Therapy — recognizing the strength you already carry, even on hard days
Trauma-Informed Care — approaching every session with sensitivity to your full story
What to Expect
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk through what's bringing you to counseling, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to get out of this process. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — we move at your pace.
Most sessions run 50–60 minutes, and many clients begin weekly before shifting to a schedule that fits their progress and life.
