If you're unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please reach out to our office and we'll be happy to help verify your benefits. We also offer self-pay options for those without insurance or who prefer not to use their insurance benefits.

We provide counseling services for teens (starting at age 14 & Up) and adults. We tailor our approach to meet each client's unique needs and developmental stage, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to counseling, explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and talk about your goals for therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our priority is helping you feel heard, supported, and understood from the very beginning.

Most therapy sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes. The frequency and length of treatment will depend on your individual goals and needs.

Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments for clients located in Missouri, allowing you to receive counseling from the comfort and privacy of your own home. In-person appointments are also available at our Arnold office location.

Every client is different. Many people begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish therapeutic goals. As progress is made, sessions may transition to every other week or monthly. Together, we'll determine a schedule that best supports your needs and goals.

That's completely okay! Many of our clients are attending therapy for the very first time. It's natural to feel nervous or uncertain, but our goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We will guide you through the process every step of the way and answer any questions you have.

Scheduling is easy! You can request an appointment through our online booking portal, complete the contact form on our website, or call our office directly. We'll help you find a convenient appointment time and answer any questions you may have before your first visit.

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
